REQUESTS

-Once the registration procedure in our system is finished, the Client can place his order.

-The placing of the order by the customer implies full acceptance of the prices, the description of the products for sale and these General Conditions. For the order to be considered effective, it must receive express confirmation from TOXIC WORKOUT. All orders are subject to item availability.

-Our products are proposed in the limit of available stock shown on the web. PRICE

-The sale prices in the online store include VAT.

SHIPPING AND TRANSPORTATION

RECEPTION

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

-The guarantee of the products purchased by the client of TOXIC WORKOUT that are subsequently distributed to consumers and users will be managed directly between the client and said consumers and end users.

-TOXIC WORKOUT offers the customer, as a general rule, a 24-month warranty on its products, covering only product manufacturing defects.

-The products on sale have a 12-month warranty. These products are classified according to their condition and claims related to the described condition will not be accepted.

-TOXIC WORKOUT will not accept any shipment that has not been previously authorized by our After Sales service.

-Once the defect of the product is accredited, a refund of the cost of the product will be carried out without the shipping costs incurred.

-In the event that the product presented as defective did not really have such a defect, TOXIC WORKOUT will notify the customer of the non-reimbursement of the same. This is stored for 30 days waiting for the customer to confirm if they want to recover the product after paying the corresponding shipping costs, or if they abandon it. -The guarantee will be automatically invalidated in these cases:
