payment that suits you best, at no additional cost and always with the maximum

How long does TOXIC WORKOUT need to prepare and ship my order?

You can see the preparation times for each item when choosing the shipping method. Most items have a lead time of 15-30 days. It's even possible for your order to ship the same day if it only includes items with immediate shipping and has been paid for before noon. The delivery time will depend on the selected transport company and the destination country. Keep in mind that the indicated times are indicative and correspond to working days, excluding weekends and holidays, and may be affected by a multitude of external factors that may cause delays.

From which countries can I place my order?

TOXIC WORKOUT ships to almost every country in the world by express courier. However, shipments destined outside the EU may have certain restrictions or special procedures for the management of customs procedures. If you place orders outside the EU, you will need to attach your full tax details to issue the invoice.

What do the shipping costs include for deliveries outside the European Union or to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla?

For deliveries outside the European Union or to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, customs expenses at destination or other taxes (tariffs) are not included, if any, the recipient will be responsible for them, as well as being responsible for all import expenses and taxes that are generated at the customs office of destination, whether the merchandise is delivered or not. We will try to send the order in the shortest possible time, but the recipient must take into account the provisions of the country of destination for the importation of the requested items, since TOXIC WORKOUT is not responsible for them. Neither will TOXIC WORKOUT be attributable to the effects produced by strikes, armed conflicts or other circumstances beyond its control. TOXIC WORKOUT will not be responsible for delays in customs clearance, nor if local authorities decide to confiscate any item contained in a shipment.

How should you proceed when receiving a shipment?

All our items leave the warehouse with the packaging in perfect condition.

The first thing you should do is check that the number of packages received matches those sent. The second thing is to check each package externally very carefully in order to find signs of having been hit or manipulated, such as blows, dents, holes, boxes in poor condition, courier seals or any sign that may lead to suspect that the merchandise may be damaged. It is mandatory to leave a signature on the delivery note of the driver or courier, whether on paper or digital (PDA) "VISUALLY DAMAGED PACKAGE" if these signs are present. Not signing a package as VISUALLY DAMAGED and then presenting images that show that there was visible damage to it will automatically reject the incident.
